A-Shi
The oldest form of Acupuncture is known as "A-Shi” and it roughly translates to “Where is the owie?"
Human instinct tells us to rub or press the areas of the body that are stiff or in pain. So, take a little dab (about the size of a Nickel) and rub it gently but firmly into affected areas for optimal relief.
How to Store Our Oils
Oils are best when stored in airtight packaging in a cool, dark place. Upon exposure to air, most products remain stable at room temperature. Oils nevertheless degrade over time, which gradually decreases the scent and efficacy. A cool or cold environment generally extends shelf life. Oils may become cloudy or solidify upon refrigeration but will re-soften at room temperature. Improper storage may cause changes in the scent, color, texture, and clarity of your oil.
